Sort of.
The main character, whom is a caring father, acts very verbally towards his child, but it's mostly to keep her safe.
But, there is also a character whom is also legally a father to the same child, but is ultimately extremely abusive and tries to plan ways to get rid of her, even if it means harming her in the process.

A child is being told her mother died when she was young while she is actually still alive. She later meets her mother but is not being told that it is her.
Additionally a letter that was sent to her from her mother is not given to her until much later.

There are two instances of sexual assault in the movie. One near the beginning of the movie against a man at gun point and another 30-40 mins into the movie against a woman who is blackmailed. Power is used over them for sexual acts therefore they are sexual assault but not in a "traditional" way.

Flashing emergency vehicle lights feature throughout the Battle of Baktan Cross, with some intense strobing in two scenes in which Lockjaw surveys the street of protestors. No flashing during the indoor scenes with Bob and Sergio in-between the exterior shots.
Elsewhere there are more subtle or infrequent moments of flashing including:
- flares shooting across the sky in opening sequence, in following scene there is intense machine gun fire for several seconds
- some quick shots of explosions in montage
- close-up flames in foreground at several points (campfire, incinerator)
- police lights moving in background in multiple scenes, prolonged in third act shot of Sergio during a traffic stop
- phone camera flashes in final scene

Around the halfway point, the military cop or whatever the hell those losers are misgender a nonbinary character by calling them "him".
////
There was an earlier scene where we learned the friend's pronouns:
[Context: Bob is asking his daughter about her friends. His character is a Gen-X Leftist who is well-intentioned but clearly not up to date on all things gender, lol. He is trying his very best.]
BOB: Now who's the one with the lipstick? What's that one's name? (He's intentionally avoiding using pronouns because he doesn't know their gender)
WILLA: Bo-Bo.
BOB: Now, is that a he, or a she, or a they?
WILLA: Dad, come on.
BOB: No, I mean, are they transitioning? I wanna know if...
WILLA: They're nonbinary.
BOB: (Senses he messed up and speaks softer) Okay. I just wanted to be polite.
WILLA: It's not that hard! They/them!

the first 20-ish minutes are definitely the h******t but no explicit sex scenes take place. a woman is repeatedly turned on by acts of political violence, and this is shown by her making out with her lover with tongue, kissing his neck, and straddling him over the course of a montage. she sexually humiliates an army general by telling him to get an erection before escorting him out of a camp at gunpoint (and he does). he later spies on her with a pair of binoculars and starts to masturbate out of frame until he's interrupted. they meet again in a public bathroom, and she pretends to kneel down to give him fellatio as a distraction, but doesn't actually do anything. later, he coerces her into having sex, in which it's implied she does something to his butt out of frame. their sexual encounter plays a central role in the story going forward, but again, nothing too explicit is ever shown. i'm personally very sensitive to sex scenes in movies and was a *little* uncomfortable, but hardly anything else sexual happens after the prologue.
